As well as those who believe the moon landing didn't happen either. But remember, this is the president of Iran we're talking about. That means a foreign nation accused the US Government of an act of terrorism...on itself.

Hm, I guess if this type of propaganda was announced enough, and spread around enough, there would be enough people to drown out the sound of the people who plead that it did happen because they were there, or saw it live on TV, etc.

They've done it with history thousands of times before (I mean, seriously, the winners of Wars only ever get to tell their side of the story, seeing as they were victorious, so I see not much difference here).

Sars, I think you misunderstand what he means by "big lie". Or I do. What I think he means is that the government orchastrated it. There's no other way to fool a city of people.
